King's Courts Academy 

Oscar King has been involved in church music and ministry all his life, being born into a Theological Seminary community as the son of a pastor, he has grown through the ranks from childhood to being actively involved in ministry leadership.

Besides other secular certifications, Oscar King studied for a Bachelor degree in Church Music and Worship (double major -Voice and Piano) at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary and has enjoyed the privilege of being professionally trained and mentored by Nigerian and international music authorities. Before and after King’s seminary training, he has had many years working experience providing musical and pastoral leadership to churches and organizations as well as organizing and participating in several Regional and State-Wide Music Workshop trainings annually. He has led many recording projects, training the choirs from the ground up until they are studio-ready. 

 

Oscar King is currently the President of the King's Courts Music Academy which among other church music ministry functions, often provides music mentorship and training for church music leaders across the country and abroad, traveling frequently from his serene Bonny Island residence.
